Welcome to AA Global Solutions, Inc. ("AAGS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Statement and governs your access to and use of our website at www.aags.us, including all subdomains, mobile applications, software, tools and online services provided in connection with our technology consulting operations (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Service.
1. Information Collection
Browsing our website does not require submitting personal information. However, requesting services, subscribing to newsletters, contacting us or making online transactions may require collecting personal information, including name, email, billing address, phone number and payment details.

Personal information is used to deliver requested services, provide updates and manage client relations.

6. Florida Specific Privacy Disclosures
Pursuant to the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) and Florida law (Fla. Stat. Β§ 501.171), Florida residents are provided specific disclosures regarding data collection, consumer rights and security breach notifications. Florida residents may request information regarding the categories of personal data collected, request deletion, or opt out of the sale or processing of personal data for targeted advertising where applicable.
7. Maryland Specific Privacy Disclosures
Pursuant to the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) and Maryland law (Md. Code Ann., Com. Law Β§ 14-3501 et seq.), Maryland residents are granted specific rights regarding the collection, processing and protection of personal data. AAGS limits personal data collection to what is reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide our technology consulting services. Maryland residents have the right to confirm processing, access, correct, delete and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling.
8. Electronic & Telecommunications Compliance
- FCC Compliance: All telecommunications, wireless and automated communications comply with FCC regulations, the Communications Act of 1934 (as amended) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. Β§ 227).
- TCPA & Auto-Dialers: AAGS does not initiate artificial or prerecorded voice calls, automated text messages or auto-dialed communications for commercial sales without obtaining prior express written consent where required by federal law. You may opt out of receiving autodialed text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any mobile message.
- CAN-SPAM Act Compliance: All commercial email communications strictly comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. Β§ 7701 et seq.). Every commercial email includes an accurate header, clear identity disclosures, an explicit opt-out link and our physical postal address. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
- Electronic Communications Privacy Act: Email notices, transmission channels and server transactions are governed by the ECPA (18 U.S.C. Β§ 2510 et seq.). Unauthorised access, interception or duplication of communications transmitted via the Service is strictly prohibited.
- Florida Mini-TCPA: Pursuant to the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. Β§ 501.059), unsolicited commercial text marketing or telephonic sales calls involving automated selection or dialing systems will only be sent to Florida residents who have provided express consent. Florida consumers must provide a 15-day notice period by replying "STOP" to afford AAGS an opportunity to cure opt-out preferences before initiating legal proceedings.
- State Mini-TCPA Statutes: AAGS complies with all applicable U.S. state telemarketing laws, automatic dialing system statutes and state mini-TCPA legislation across all 50 states and territories, including calling-time restrictions, caps on daily contact attempts, prior express written consent requirements and state Do-Not-Call registries.
- Global Anti-Spam Compliance: Email newsletters and commercial messaging adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Subscribers can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
